Accreditation Program for Events Suppliers

ALPMC is pleased to announce its new Supplier Accreditation Program for Events Suppliers. This program is covers suppliers who wish to service events that are held in The Esplanade and Bienvenida clubhouses in Central Atrium Residences and Altierra Residences, respectfully.

Caterers, Photo and Video, Stylists, and other suppliers for events are eligible to apply.

You may submit your applications by visiting our office located at 2F Central Atrium Residences Sales Office, Balanga City, Bataan along Roman Super Hiway.

A: You may download and accomplish the accreditation application form here.

Submissions are now accepted through the ALPMC Office in Balanga. Applications shall be processed starting March 1, 2020.

A: You accreditation remains until the lapse of the 1-year period on September 2020.

A: Major suppliers in the following trades:

* Events Coordinators
* Food & Beverage
* Stylists / Florists
* Lights & Sounds
* Live Entertainment
* Photo & Video
* Bridal Car Rental
* Gown Rental

 

A: Each application shall be treated as a separate application. Accreditation in 1 trade cannot be transferred to another. Multi-trade accreditations are highly discourarged.

Requirements

I.             General

a.    DTI certificate

b.    Mayor’s / business permit

c.     SSS employer’s registration

d.    BIR registration

e.    Official receipt / sales invoice specimen

f.      Sample service contract with clients

g.    Company / business profile with contact information and portfolio of completed contracts

h.    Appointment letter from the proprietor with ID and signature if representative

i.      Proof of financial capacity (FS, Bank Statement, etc.)

II.           For catering or food and beverage industry

a.    Sanitary permit

b.    Health certificate for food handlers

III.         For photo & video

a.    Data privacy policy

b.    For lights & sounds

c.     Equipment specifications list reflecting electrical load needed

d.    Certificate of qualified personnel to install the equipment

 

IV.         As applicable: letter of appointment of Safety Officer for the event
